Speaker: Making your own fresh Guacamole takes less than ten minutes and the flavor is cream summer. Before we get started, here is a quick and easy tip to peel a tomato. Using a small knife, score the bottom of each tomato with an X and place in boiling water for about 30 seconds for each tomato. Remove them from the water with a strainer or slotted spoon and immediately submerge in an ice bath. Now peel back the skin.
Then halve and remove the seeds. Now finely chop three plum tomatoes and add to the bowl. Next, add a quarter cup of the minced red onions. One seeded and minced Jalapeño, a quarter cup of fresh chopped cilantro, the juice from the fresh lime. Next take two medium avocados and cut them lengthwise. Remove the pick and with a spoon, scoop the meat into the bowl. Now coarsely blend the mixture with a potato masher and season with salt and pepper. Serve this fresh Guacamole surrounded by a bed of chip.
