We’re going to start off with my version of a little invent tequila sunrise is called the Shark Attack because it's got a little extra bite. So how do we do it? Well first thing is we got to get some ice going down and a little fresh fruit. I've got some pineapple to work with and how about a little bit of fresh lemon, there we go.
Now it has all the same principles, it has that great agave, you know the tequila going into it and then were going to hit with a little bit of Triple Sec. And Triple Sec has a really nice orange flavor to it. You pop a little bit of that in, that kind of bounces out sometimes the sharpness of the tequila. And then here’s one of the key components and this little 151 rum which is actually rum just with a little more alcohol to it. There we go.
A little bit of orange juice and here we are with a little bit, this changes the color on it a little bit, a little bit of grenadine and this actually syrup that’s made from pomegranates. Okay, and how about a little pineapple juice, just to throw in that tropical flavor, there we go. I need to get a little bit more ice in for my glass and it's time to go. Oh, I mean the colors alone make me feel like I'm on the beach. Okay, there, a straw, a few cherries and one for me, perfect. I got to hook myself up with this you know. I need this to start cooking. All right, that looks great. Okay, it's an OJ to make the Sangria glaze and I'm working on it but before start to the Sangria glaze I'm going to check this, oh, that’s funny.
