How to Make the Perfect Martini

Hi! My name is Matt and I’m at the Beverage Director here at the Oyster Bar and Grill
class.

Today, I’m going to be making a lovely summer cocktail that we do here at the
restaurant. It’s the Grey Goose® La Poire Martini which we will take this vodka - a
French where called Poire William and then finish that with some pear nectar.

For starters, I’m going to set my cup and sugar about this. Start it out with lovely Grey
Goose martini, which comes in French, it is lovely country. It is about two ounces of
Grey Goose Vodka and then I going to add something called Poire William. Poire
William is liquor that is made with pears. And then I’m going to add the pear nectar, the
pear juice, cranberries, throw our pear juice other connectors too and give two ounces of
that.

And then, it give a really nice shake to it. Get it all blended together. Now I had my
martini glass here too that I found it. This is just for about a minute and we’ll garnish it
with a lemon slice there and now the wonderful Grey’s pear Martini. Enjoy!
