Hello I’m Nancy, I’m back. Remember I cooked something for camping which is spaghetti and rich tomato and four bean mix. I’m going to use some green vegetables in it. I’ve use some in the last one it was in the upload that you can see then today, I’m just going to add English spinach, any of your favorite greens, even rocket or arugula or your salad vegetables will do. If you go camping, whatever you can get from there and I’m just going to use pepper and no other things. Make sure you eat a lot of fresh food. Just heat up a camping pan and this one is very handy. It’s just a pop up, I’m bringing the scissors. I need something better. Something to pop the can and spaghetti as well. Pop it open, put it in a pan. Open a popup can, this is the four bean mix, I don’t want so much liquid so I remove whatever liquid is in the can and add it in my pan. As easy as that. It sizzles. If you go camping, you can't waste but don’t forget take this out, it’s very dangerous. A lot of things happen in camping so you don’t want to get stuff to get into anything. I can see it all bubbling now. I’m sure you’ll bring some tools when you go camping so serve with whatever tools you’ve got. I’m not going to use my exhaust so it’s nice and quiet in the outdoors so just heat it up. So simple and because I’m using green vegetables, I don’t want to overcook it. I will just put it in just to cook lightly. There it’s nice and crunchy and you try to retain as much vitamin in your greens. So this one here, you’ve got to heat it up properly. So simple thing then you have cheese, if you have any cheese that you bring along, if you have a – or – cheese or parmesan cheese, you can top it with that and some pepper that is all, so easy. Come on boil but when you go camping, I’m sure you have lots of fire over the campfire to do all this stuff and to chat with your friends and have a very happy simple meal. I let it all bubble, come to a real hot boiling point before I put in any veggies. So this is a nice camping song I can see. [singing coming around the mountain song]. This one I’m just talking with my hands, throw it in the pan because if you use some knives in the old days, lots of knives are made of iron and you see the knife is all stained, you’re also losing your iron. So I will just pluck when I go camping. Make sure your hands are nice and clean, well washed. I’m sure you have all these stuff for you to wash your hand when you camping to make sure there’s no germs. I’m not going to mention what stuff you can use but make sure your hands are clean. Throw all the stems and put in as much veggies as you can take, the pan can take because that’s a lot of goodness for you. This will act all the – you need when you go camping so all the stems in. Leaves, you can hang on a little while longer because it cooks so easy. Always when you go camping have something, I would bring my kitchen scissors along so you just can cut instead of bringing knives, cut your leaves into the pan. I think that’s enough. That’s a whole big bunch here. Stir that all in to cook [singing coming around the mountain song]. That’s green, nice and green. Take it off your camping stove and top it up with a little bit of pepper. This is time you can add your cheese if you have your cheese along, grated cheese, parmesan cheese or some people don’t like cheese, that will do. Let’s – our camping set. Bring your camping plate, here everyone has a good serve. This one will feed two persons. This is one nice serve. Maybe some big eaters, this is only one serve. For some people this is one serve.
