Here are the chicken pieces to the batter and mix. It’s the exact amount needed to bread this chicken. We just take a few pieces at a time into the panko bread crumb which gives a beautiful finish with the sesame seeds. Place them on the pan without piling. Keep them separated. This way they won’t stick together.
Once this is done, we have preheated a 12-inch skillet, my favorite skillet that I use for all my sautéing. Put about 1.5-inch to two inches of oil. This will be deep fried quickly since it is breast of chicken and they’re small pieces. They don’t take long to cook.
