How to Make Scrapbook Paper Wall Art
Learn how to make your own wall art from using Scrapbook in paper. It’s fun, easy and inexpensive. You can find the Scrapbook in paper from any crafts store for usually around a dollar a piece. For this project I’m going to use an 11x14 photo frame, an 8x10 designer mat, scissors and a pen or a marker. Start by laying out the matting and select desired area. Trace and cut.
Remove the backing of the picture frame. Insert the matting and scrapbook in paper. Reinsert the picture backing and there you have it. In this one, I chose a picture of the Eiffel Tower. Just complete to same process as before, trace, cut and insert. Most craft stores have a wide variety of different styles and prints. So have fun with your project and be creative. You can also try a smaller frame as well. The same method applies. This one has a picture of the circus on it that I’m going to use in the kids’ room.
Another creative idea is to use photos from magazines. Just trace and cut out the dimensions for the picture frame that you’ll be using. Insert and close.
