Hi, this is Misako Sassa from Japanese Culinary Studio, and today we are making very popular plum wine jelly. First of all you need plum wine and we will be using gelatine, one envelope of gelatine, and pour half cup of water, and simply sprinkle the gelatine onto the water's surface. In the pot you are adding one cup of water, a half cup of sugar, and turn on the heat. So this is almost coming to a boil and the sugar is completely melted, and than at this point you can put the gelatine, and mix again.
The final step is to just add one cup of plum wine, and give it a quick stir. Then all we have to do is put this into your favorite container, so you can put this in a glass like this, or you can put into a shallow container just like this one. And all you have to do now is put the saran wrap on top, and let it cool down in the fridge until it is firm. This has been in the fridge for about five hours. You can just get your favorite bowl and spoon this onto the bowl. It is very refreshing and perfect for a hot summer afternoon, so please try.
