Hey guys, and today, I’m going to show you how to make your own homemade organic lip balm.
So, a lot of conventional beauty lines use toxic ingredients to preserve their products. What’s really great is that, you can make this type of products at home using just some natural stuff from your kitchen. So, today I’m going to show you how to make your own organic lip balm using two simple ingredients, organic coconut oil and beeswax. So first things first is we’re going to grate two ounces of beeswax in a Pyrex glass.
So, once you grated beeswax, now you can add one ounce of coconut oil to your mixture. So next, we take a pot, we fill it with a little bit of water, put it at low, medium low. So now, carefully add your Pyrex glass container into the water. As consistency starts to melt, so we stir the mixture together. Now that the ingredients are all simmered together, we’re going to remove the glass container carefully from the water and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
So, now that the ingredients have cooled, we‘re going to add it to a glass container. Add 5 to 10 drops of your favorite essential oil. My favorite essential oil is peppermint. Within a couple of hours, we’re going to have yummy organic lip balm. So, guys have a glamorous day and take care!
