It’s 2pm, you’re starting to crash, the culprit, the caffeine and the sugar found in your morning coffee.
Some are showing you an alternative that still has some of the caffeine, but none on the sugar, it’s green tea, it has less caffeine than the black tea or a coffee. It has tons of anti-oxidants, so what I’ve got here is about three tablespoons of loose green tea and a French press really simple. Let’s just add the green tea, going to boil some water while that water is heating up what we’re going to do is we’re going to add some stevia to sweeten it.
We’ll add one, two, three little scoops of stevia and this is 250 times sweeter than sugar, it has zero calories, zero carbs, you’ll not going to get any of that sugar crash.
And the water is ready, but what we’re going to do is we’re going to dress this up with a little bit of fresh mint. And we’re just going to take a few leaves, pull them off the step. This smells wonderful, and then we’re going to add the hot water, really simple, perfect. And we’re going to go ahead and put the plunger down on top of it just at the surface of it and we’re going to let green tea steep for now longer than two minutes, it has a tendency to get a little bit bitter, so we’re going just to let the steep and then we’ll try a cup of it.
Oh! That’s two minutes, what we’re going to do is we’re going to push this plunger down, don’t do it too fast because you’ll get some tea particles coming out, but just easy down just like that wow! That looks really, really good, and pour yourself a nice big cup of green tea. You're going to feel invigorated, it’s going to get your day started, and you know what I'm going to dress this up. I’ll spray a bit of mint and if you think that you like it hot, wait ‘till you’ll try on ice.
Now I can show you how to make all these recipes, but I can’t show you how they taste, so go to www.steviva.com and try some of bit yourself, if you're not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you can send it back, no questions asked. Here’s to you! It’s good.
