How to Make Kuzu Haslama Part 2/3
So now, I put about six in this one. But you do not want to over spice it but if you have a bigger one, make sure you put more. So, I'm just going to get our pot which I have right here. And when you cook this, you’re going to need to cook it with the lid on. So, make sure you have a pot that has a lid. I just want to place it in there. And I have some water over here as well. And you want to cover it with water. That’s how much water you have to put in. Just use your judgment, eyeball it. Now, you should know that as this is cooking, it’s going to soak up all the water. Now, if it is cooking for about an hour and you see there is almost no water left, you don’t want it to burn so just add a little bit more water. That’s okay. You just have to keep eyeballing it. Now, we’ll put this on high for now because we want it to come to a rolling boil before we lower it to let it simmer. So, I have it. I'm just going to cover it and I'm just going to wait for that to boil and then I'm going to get ready to do my rice.
