How to Make Jasmine Rice with Chicken in a Crock Pot
Okay. Today let us have nice simple no-brainer item cooked in a crock pot. Well, it is going to be chicken and rice with ginger and vegetables. On the board, there are vegetables all cut up, I turn the crock pot on about half an hour ago, put on high then I started dicing everything up so when I put in there it is going to be hot already.
On the board we have one a half pounds of chicken breast meat cook in strips; not too thick and not too thin, five ounces of onions small dices, Jasmine rice we are going to use two cups, green pepper four ounces, garlic one table spoon, celery three ounces, carrots three ounces, three each bay leaves, half a teaspoon of thyme, two teaspoons of sea salt I may adjust later on, and I have a teaspoon of black pepper again, I might adjust that later and quarter cup of minced fresh parsley you add at the end. Ginger one ounce very small diced and four ounces of yellow pair tomatoes cut in half. You do not have 1:16 use regular tomatoes and three cup of olive oil or butter I am going with the olive oil today. Everything is laid down and ready.
