Hey what’s up guys, this is your Pc Help with another tutorial. Today’s tutorial will be about how to get HD quality with Camtasia Studio 6 so this was a request, but let’s get started.
What you want to do is import your media, and I will import this or yeah this. Import whatever you want, and you will get a screen like this. Okay for this screen you want to pick the YouTube standard one, the one 640x480 so it is full screen and then you want to hit okay and then add your effects zoom in panel, whatever you want and when you are done with your effects. Go to produce video as and then you want to add/ edit preset. You want to hit new and you can name it what ever you want. I will name it YouTube HD and down here you will need the file format. You want to put MOV Quick Time movie, you will need the latest version of apple Quick Time. The link will be in the description to the right so check that out, because you will need that first to play the movie or just even render it.
But anyway, you want to hit next and then you want to go to quick time options. Now up here in the video tab you want to hit settings and make sure the compression type is H.264. Make the key frame right 30, and then put key frames automatic and then make it 30 and then down here at quality you want to make pull this tab all the way to best. And then including best quality multi-pass and then don’t mess with that, and then you want to hit okay , and then you want to go with settings, make sure there is MPEG-4 audio and the rate is 4800 kHz. And then, down here, this will be 16 bit and then the use make sure it’s stereo for better sound quality and then, you hit okay, and then you are going to hit next and then the custom size, this is important. Make sure it is 1280x720 and the background color make sure it is black because if it is not full screen for some reason, you’ll have side bars and then it will be black. Now I have a trick that you can put in your tags, and the will be on the description, please read that. If it is not full screen it will make it full screen, if it stretches it out to make it full screen and it still looks great. So check out that tag.
Now you can include—don’t mess up with this stuff up here, you can include your water mark to do that, go to include water mark check that off options. Search for your image and mine is, why is it taking so long. Mine is right here, and as you can see, you can move it up, where ever you want and that’s basically it. You want to hit okay, mess around your settings and then finish. And then, there you go, you have your production Pre set and you are good to go for HD. Thanks for watching us tutorial, please comment, rate and subscribe.
