Hey thanks for stopping by, I’m Chef Billy Parisi and you’re watching Fix my Recipe on wsoctv.com. Our new meal solution recipe brought to you by Louis Foods, it’s a Lemon and Garlic grilled chicken breast with a spring mix salad on the side. We need to make this lemon-garlic rub, so the first thing we need to do is in a mixing bowl squeeze in this fresh lemon juice, about 5 or 6 chopped garlic cloves, some olive oil and some dry thyme. They would have sure does smelled good; now let’s season up those chicken breasts with a little bit of salt and pepper, get outside on that Viking grill and we’re going to constantly brush that marinade right onto our chicken throughout the entire cooking process. It will take about 5 to 7 minutes on each side to be completely finished while on high heat. These chicken breasts smell and look amazing. Now it’s time to make our salad, so be sure to wash up that spring lettuce very well, we’re going to quarter few tomatoes, throw them in with our lettuce. We’re going to make a quick vinaigrette, remember, one part vinegar to three part oil, we’re going to drizzle that in, give it a toss and then boom, I am eating some of this meal; wow, how delicious does this look and you saw how easy it was to prepare. Once again, thank you so much for watching Fix my Recipe on wsoctv.com. Be sure to stop by Louis Foods.com
