It's fun to cook for friends, it's fun to cook with friends. Here’s an indoor grill, you can create an entire party around. Let me show you how to do that with fun salmon skewers. Purchase thick cut of salmon and have the skin removed. Slice that salmon into wide strips and then cut those strips into cubes. Make sure the cubes are big enough, so they’ll stay on the skewer. Season the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt and pepper, and gently toss it together. Now for the tricky part, cut the top and bottom of your zucchini, then using a very sharp peering knife or Chinese mandolin, slice the zucchini lengthwise in a very thin strips. They’ve got to be thin enough to bend. Skewer one end of your long strip of zucchini and add a piece of salmon, bend the zucchini back over the fish and add another salmon chunk. When you're finished, your zucchini will look like an S. Preheat your grill to high and brush it with a little olive oil. This grill already has a nonstick surface, so you don’t need much oil on it at all. Put the skewers on the grill and let the fish cook through, turning it once to cook on the other side. Finish it off with the topping of sesame seeds, soy sauce or pesto. Picture this, you skewer lots of whatever you like, beef, chicken or salmon. You invite your friends over, you put out your indoor grill and you have a party. Great times, great food.
