How to Make Gluten Free and Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Hi. I am Elana from Elana’s pantry where our mission is Simplify Satisfy. Today we are going to make chocolate chip cookies for everyone, a quick and easy recipe.
We will start by turning on the oven to 350 degrees. Next, we will gather our equipment; a large mixing bowl for the dry ingredients, a medium mixing bowl for the wet ingredients, measuring cups 1 cup and ½ cup and measuring spoons 1 tablespoon and ½ teaspoon.
Next, we will measure our dry ingredients; tuna half cup salmon flour, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ cup chocolate chips. Next, we will measure out our wet ingredients; ½ cup grapeseed oil, a half cup of agave and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
Mix the dry ingredients, mix together the wet ingredients, stir the wet ingredients into the dry and then we will just form in dough by combining everything in our large bowl. We have made our batter so now let us make the cookies.
I like teas and ice cream scoop. It is a little faster than using your hands.Flatten the cookies with your hand. Next, we will put the cookies in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
I hope you enjoyed these chocolate chip cookies. They are full of gluten-free, organic wholesome goodness.
Elana’s Pantry, we bring you good food with good friends in your own home.
