Next is on my fixmyrecipe.com, I’m Chef Billy Parisi and it’s my favorite day. It’s time to make hamburgers; everyone writes in, how do you make the perfect burger? You know what6? I know how. Pickles and Tension, I’m going top fix you right up; fresh basil; and garlic hamburger, how amazing does that sound? The first thing we do is cook our garlic, and you know what the best way that I know how, is by laying out one ounce of butter pushing it flat with your hand; then you’re going to lay some chopped garlic right on top of that, put it in the skillet on medium heat, and as soon as you smell it, it’s done. Let’s go hide and empty this garlic right into a mixing bowl pick up one and a half pounds of ground meat, go in right in this bowl. Next, we’re going to chiffonade some basil, pour right in, season up a little salt and pepper, and we’re going to mix this very well. We want to form this now to six to eight ounce patties put them on a sheet pan. We’re taking it up to that grill; don’t forget to bring a four-ounce stick of butter in a pan on the side. We’re going to pop that pan a butter right on this burner, get it melted; next we’re going to add our burgers on high heat, be sure to constantly brush these burgers with that butter, going to add so much flavor and you are going to be more satisfied with our final product. To complete this, heat up some onion rolls, going to go perfect and on the way out stop by the proto section, pick up a tomato, red onion and some green lettuce; no burger is complete without the little LTO. Come on, seriously, three hamburgers, you know, I’m going to eat all of them. Thanks so much for watching on five-minute YouTube, we really appreciate it, keep subscribing to our channels, we’re just going to get fair and more recipes will be coming your way. For now, come back tomorrow, see your new feature fix for the day.
