Female: The colors that you use at home? And you know you can get those food colorings?
Female: Right from the store
Female: Exactly those are very, very water based and you would not get the deep colors that you want. I should tell you my tricks to knowing the right consistency to ice. When pick it up and let it flow in 10 seconds it should all come together and if it takes more than 10 seconds to come together and it is too thick then you can have lines. So spray for a little bit of water and as long it does not got to the lines it is okay. You will have to wait for the first coat to dry or the outline to dry before you fill it in. That does not take long especially you know, the thicker the icing is the less time it takes to dry. So it takes for five minutes and the icing will dry at least dry enough that you do fill it in.
