Recipe for Eggplant with Yogurt Sauce
You will need 3 tablespoon of basil which is Ground Flower A quarter teaspoon of red chili powder A quarter teaspoon of salt ½ teaspoon Zera which will mix together And then you also need 3 tablespoon of yogurt with the pinch of red chili powder and a pinch of salt on top.
For the final part you will need, a few whole dried red chilis ½ teaspoon of zera Some curry leaves or curry panda that is optional and ideal of course And 1 eggplant, you will also need some oil
Tomato in the bottle, add the red chili powder and zera and salt, that is a ground flower or basin. Add a little bit of water and mix it all together. We will need it a medium thickness of butter for this. Add a little bit more water and that is the consistency we are after.
First slice the eggplant into medium to thick pieces. Put each of the eggplants in the mixture and fry so we are using it like butter. Flip it over. Fry till golden brown and take them out on a paper towel.
Mix together the yogurt, take each of the fried eggplant soak it in the yogurt and put in a dish and pour all the yogurt on top. Now we will make the boyar, add some oil into the frying pan. Once it is hot, add the red chili and the zera. Now add the curry leaves and mix it around, starting to heating up. It is been saved the chili is going black there as well. And now add the gruer to the eggplants. Your eggplant with yogurt sauce dish is ready. We can use it as the side dish or on its own.
