How to Make Creamy Pasta
Recipe for creamy pasta, you will need one slice of butter, handful or a 100 grams of finely chopped chicken, half of onion chopped in small pieces, cheese to taste. We are using cheddar cheese here, a handful of sliced mushrooms and here we are using frozen mushrooms, pasta of your choice which is already boiled, approximately 250 ml. of thickened cream, some mustard, salt and pepper to taste. We will also need some milk if required.
If you want to make your dish a bit spicy, you can add Tabasco too. First of all, heat up your pan and add the butter. Now that the butter has melted we will add the onions. We will saute the onions for around two to three minutes until it becomes transparent. And now we will add the chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Now that the chicken has changed color, we will add mushrooms.
After one to two minutes of sautéing the mushrooms, we will now add the cream. And now we will add some milk because the mixture looks a bit thick. It’s only around a tablespoon or how over much do you like the consistency. We will also add around half a teaspoon of mustard and now the cheese, and now a few drops of Tabasco, taste test the salts. And if you want to add anything, you can add it at this point. We need a bit more of pepper and now we will add the pasta.
I'll just mix it together. And now that it is mixed well, we will serve it in a dish. Your white creamy pasta is now ready. You can add any kind of vegetable or take away the mushrooms if you wish.
