Speaker: This Baby-Back Rib recipe comes straight from Kansas city, the barbecue capital of America. The sauce and ribs are slow cooked separately for maximum flavor.
Start by preparing the ribs. We are going to seam them before grilling on a bed of oranges and spices. In a roasting pan add six sliced oranges and one sliced onion. Now make a rub for the rib by adding one tablespoon of ground coriander and a tablespoon of salt and black pepper to a small bowl and coat the ribs on both sides. Lay the seasoned ribs on the orange bed and add two cups of orange juice, cover with aluminum foil. Now place on a KitchenAid grill at low indirect heat for about an hour or until fork-tender. Keep the grill to medium heat. Place the ribs on the grill cover and cook. Turning once until they are brown about 8 to 10 minutes.
