During this summer I spent a lot of time towards grilling and grilled chicken is always a hint. Today I'm showing my super chicken marinade recipe which I hope you enjoy.
This recipe for chicken marinade calls for one tablespoon of garlic shallot puree or two cloves of crushed garlic, one tablespoon of ground cumin, one table spoon of ground chili powder. You going to use the limejuice from two wines and a zest and a lead one-cup of extra virgin olive oil and the final ingredient you’re going to need is a quarter cup of fresh chopped cilantro.
Before we chop my fresh cilantro, I already soaked in a bowl of cool water to remove the dirt. Well let’s combine our ingredients so we can start marinating our chicken. At first start with the zesting of the lime. Now we just whisk the rest of the ingredients. This is zesty southness style chicken marinade goes great with boneless grilled chicken breast. And at these flavors melt for about 15 minutes and then marinate your chicken for at least an hour in your refrigerator. Thank for tubing in.
