For holiday meal my all time favorite vegetables, butternut squash. I’m going to roast it with brown sugar and get it really caramelized. It’s so good. These two butternut squash is cute, cute and really large. I think they look better and they roast better.
And then I’m going to add some melted butter. It’s a holiday so we can use butter, brown sugar which caramelizes them, also salt, black pepper and this is the messy part, clean hands just toss them all together, and that’s it.
I’m going to roast to a really high temperature 400 degrees for about 45 to 55 minutes and the outside gets really brown and caramelized and the inside is really juicy and sweet and all you see is that.
