Recipe for beef burger, for the beef burger you will need five hundred grams of minced beef, one large onion, two tablespoons of soy sauce, salt to taste, one small teaspoon of black pepper or you can add as much as you want. And formation of the burger you will need a burger bun, some lettuce, a few onion rings, some tomato and condiments for the burger you can choose whatever you want such as mayonnaise, mustard or tomato ketchup.
For the beef burger patty, you will chop the onion into small squares, add the onions to the minced meat, now add the soy sauce and add in some garlic as well, this is optional. Add the pepper and the salt to taste and then mix it all together. Leave the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes now for the formation. After 15 minutes uncover the beef that we mixed and the color has darkened a bit because of the soy sauce and now we’ll make patty out of them. I take all the sided in the side pan and do that, an easy way in making round shaped patties is to take a plastic bag and cut it in half. Grab some minced beef around the size of a tennis ball and firmly shape it around while pressing on it.
And when round, we’ll put it in a plastic bag, close the other side of the plastic bag and firmly press it with a plate. There we go, some near perfect round shape. The more you shape it the rounder it will get of course. Make sure this shape is slightly bigger than you want it because it will shrink when you fry it. Now put in a heated up oil in the pan and fry it until its cooked. After two to three minutes we will twist it over, meanwhile this side when the patty is nearly cooked, you can add the onions into it but this is optional and you will learn how to do it.
The patty is about done, it took approximately two to three minutes on each side to cook and now we’ll put it all together in a bun. First we add the mayonnaise, and we can add tomato ketchup or mustard or whatever you like. Put the beef patty in the burger, put the onions, now you can add the tomato and the lettuce and add the tomato ketchup or—your beef burger is ready to be served.
