I actually like to make cocktails from these really good beers. A little lemon here squeeze it away here and they will add a bit of juice in this. That’s could be bright right, fresh. This sprits is called Applejack, this is an American Apple Brandy.
Just a single out shot right there, this is called Aperol this is cousin to Campari. Beautiful light, orange rhubarb notes, this is going to have a little sweetness on the two. See that color.
Then what I’m going to do so add some ginger ale. That can give us some effervescence as well as some sweetness and then I’m going to add the beer. Going over here African Blonde Ale. Fantastic! See I’m going to finish it with Angostura Bitters right on top I'm going to float those there, garnish it with an orange wedge, a straw and good to go.
