Male Speaker: Well, Flair Bartending and we call it flair extreme performance is when you are behind a working bar; you want to stick to the simpler things. You are not slowing down, you are not spilling and you just think some of you use to create the experience, right? Before I pour that properly, it should be a perfect pour. You got that right? It is all about being accurate. So really flair Bartending is all about just having little fun, giving people a reason to come out, watch, stay little longer, spend little more money and walk away talking about the great time they had.
