Hey guys! This time I just want to show you another GIMP tutorial and the idea behind this is from one of my viewers last subscribers called darkmasterofssbb. It says here how do I make brawl text, example darkmasterofssbb written in brawl text.
So it’s a very simple to do, all you need to do is download the brawl text, because you can actually download the font style for brawl text and this is where to download it, and I’ll just put the link in the description and if you guys are familiar with WWE, this is the text font style that they uses in their title in their credits or, so this is call the brawl text.
So all you need to do is install this to your PC GIMP will automatically load it and not only in GIMP but in Microsoft Word or you could also use it in any other image or text editing software that you have and in my case I will use it in GIMP and boom, I have my own brawl text.
So it’s not really much of a tutorial, because all we did was downloaded and install the font. So I am going to teach you another text effect for this video, because this is a GIMP tutorials video. So to do that, we go to layer then we go to transparency then we go to alpha selection, so we have alpha two selections, again you’ll see the dotted lines along our texts, we go to filters, we go to light and shadow, we go to drop shadow, choose your own shadow color, I’ll go with green here. Hit ok, hit delete, and go to select, hit none, and you have your very own. In brawl text, but at the same time you have your own text effect. Just kind of and embossed or a transparent text effect, so whichever you want to call it, so there you go.
So here’s another GIMP tutorial for you, more videos to come and again thanks to darkmasterofssbb for that idea. So to all my subscribers I appreciate the supp, more and more videos to come. Thanks for watching this video, please check out my You Tube partners on my channel and as always, just have fun.
