The drink that I’m going to make now is called a Fifty Seven Chevy. It’s one of those club drink shooter styles. So we’re going to use a shooter glass or if we didn’t have that glass, we can use a small rock glass. It just depends on what you have available.
So the first thing that we’re going to put in here is just a little splash of pineapple juice. You don’t need much, just a little bit to give it a little flavor. Then our recipe calls for half-ounce of our vodka, so we got a little bit of vodka in there, our Triple sec which is our orange flavored liqueur, and then the last thing that we ever going to use is our Southern Comfort which is our sweet kind of peach flavored liqueur, about half an ounce or so right there.
Now we want to chill this all up so it tastes good, let’s shake it all up. And if we really want it to be fancy, we could—and there we have it, Fifty Seven Chevy. Hey! drive it away.
