Evil Auntie here, today we’re going to be making a succulent treat, a special roast aphrodisiac chicken. Now, we’re using the term aphrodisiac lightly, that is to connotate great sensual pleasure and metabolic stimulation as supposed to the ever prurient desires that some have. We prepare our rub in a blender. Today, we’re going to be using nutmeg as a hallucinogenic substance. Ginger, circulatory stimulant, and the sweet basil has been known to stimulate the sexual desire. All of these has been used since ancient times. Solid dry ingredients in here and we’re going to add a little bit of olive oil and white wine to make it palatable substance that we can rub on our chicken. Now, we’re going to stuff the chicken with apples. Apples are the original Zen, right at the Garden of Eden. Now, we take one large chicken. It's clean thoroughly inside and out. See how clean it is, nice and pretty? Nothing inside now, okay, and we’re going to put it in the pan. Alright, now we’re going to stuff the chicken with our pieces of apple already cut up. Now it's important pack chicken firmly. Push them all the way in. So we’re ready to rub our chicken. Pour a little bit of the rub out onto the chicken. Remember you want a nice thick coating, otherwise you have but ordinary chicken, nothing like the aphrodisiac qualities you want. Our chicken is rubbed, then we’re ready to put it in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400 deg F. We’re going to cook the bird in the oven. Now, with this chicken this large, we’re going to want to cook it, between 2 ½ and 3 ½ hours, depending on how well done you want it to be. And we’re going to use meat thermometer to monitor the cooking levels. Tonight, we’re going to be serving a roasted aphrodisiac chicken with roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Bona petite!
