Envelope Note card holder with Dawn Visit my web site DawnsStampingThoughts
Hi stampers, today I will show you how I made this envelope holder that holds two note cards and two envelopes. You can actually probably put four inside but I am just using two for my sample today. This is the brand new stamp set that is going to be in the Fall and Winter idea-booking catalogue and this stamp set is called Inspired by Nature, we got it at convention and I just absolutely love it because it is my favorite flower. The black-eyed Susan, so let me show you how this works.
Here I am just going to untie this, I am using Chocolate Toffler ribbon and I still do not have my voice back totally from convention. From all the screaming, so but when you open it, it has the two little note cards inside and then it has also the matching envelopes, cute huh? Love it! All right, so let me show you how I did that today, I want to also show you the stamp set how I did that too.
All right, so you are going to use the Whisper White medium sized envelopes and these sizes are 5 ¾” x 4 3/8” and you are going to need two of those. And then these are the little note cards that you can buy from Stampin Up also. And the little note cards measure 5 x 3 ½” and you get 20 in a pack and you get the note cards and the envelopes and then the medium sized envelopes should get 40 in a pack. All right, so first you are going to go ahead and trim off one of your flaps on your envelopes, go ahead and do that.

Okay and then you are going to take your other envelope and I want to apply adhesive on the backside of the flap and then I am just going to tuck this inside the envelope that I put the flap off of and I will just put in slides in there just perfectly and then you just adhere it down. And that actually makes your little envelope holder like this one here and that is it, really easy and then you just put the note cards inside, I will show you here. Put the note cards on one side and the envelopes on the other, like I said I think you can get maybe four of each in this little holder thing here.
All right, but anyway, you get the idea. All right so let me show you how I did the little blacked-eyed Susan here, this is the stamp set, love it! All right, so let me go ahead and show you how I got the black-eyed Susan, I am using the Always Artichoke along with my dabber and I will just go ahead and apply the ink to the stem, I will just try to do this one right here just to give you an idea of how it works. Okay then I am going to use my Summer Sun with my dabber, dab that over my flower part of my stem. More mustard would probably be good too and all these colors are pretty much from the earth elements. Okay then, I will take Really Rust with my dabber and I am just going to touch the edges of my flower, like that, does not need a lot. And then finally, I will take my Chocolate Chip with my dabber again. I love these little filly things up to the top of this, it is so cute.
All right, then after you get your stamp all inks up, let me get a piece of scrap here, just huff on it. And then you are just going to stamp and this is a double mounted stamp set also, so you are going to apply the leaves and then the flowers on the opposite side. It is really nice, it saves space. That is it, well this one came out kind of perky but that is the flower, is it not cute?
All right stampers thanks for stopping by, we will see you later. Bye!
