Hi, I am Sarah Cox here, and welcome again to my Low Carb Vegetarian Kitchen. We really make for you fast and that it makes fast treat. Now, today I got for you a really delicious quick and easy dessert, its going to be cheesecakes, little mini cheesecakes. I am going to start of with a Tobble's low fat cream cheese, this is just two hundred and twenty grams tub. Works out probably about of seven ounces and I just add that to my bowl and always it's been sitting on the bench pretty much all last noon for like about six ounces to melt this sauce. If its not soften, go it a go in microwave and warm it up a little bit. It doesn't need to be quite for office and next I am adding to it a natural sweetener to sweeten it up and I am going to using Stevia I really loves Stevia, because it is a natural sweetener. It has no calories no count clashing just herbs, put about five to six little spoon fulls in there.
You don't want much to go through very sweet concentrated. About thirty milliliters of fresh orange juice, so you know, one fluid ounce. Oh sorry, it's not an orange juice, it is a lemon juice. About a teaspoon of vanilla extract, It is really nice vanilla or lemon flavor to it. And then I am going to start off mixing it together with a spoon or a fork. It is still difficult to mix together, so I am going to be using my hand blender, so you have to excuse the noise for a moment. Oh that is older! I have got my greased muffin tins. This is only going to make four so I am going to grease four of them. So there they are and see if you have a bit of it. It's a bit liquidy. I am going to put that into the oven probably at hundred and eighty degree Celsius, I will try to sort that to the Fahrenheit for you, probably for about twenty minutes.
Here in they goes and I will come back and show you what we have got. Okay, there they are, they have come out quite nicely and they actually taste really good. For each one you are looking at about a hundred and ten calories, probably about ten grams of protein and only five gram of carbs each. So, yeah, these make a really delicious dessert.
