In this tutorial, I’m going to be showing you how to make a round light beam around a picture in GIMP. So I’m going to take a picture of myself now. I saw that our GIMP already opened with that full screen and open the image. This is going to be down here, click menu, and sketch.
Okay, so now I have that, I’m just going to add a new layer, different size and then so I’m going to filter’s Alpha to Logo and neon okay that must be changed in Neon, I want to track up on this line so I delete layer and delete layer. So I’ll just stroke this part this part. I’m just going to stroke this part. I’m just going to have a all and it says in this, I just wanted a quick one this is the not the best I can do. I only started doing this today, so there’s that picture.
So we have that, next one and there is my layout picture and it is going to make it glow and then I’ll try again making a light color and let’s make it 30. It is as good as that and delete layer and there is my green light beam and it actually looks like it’s wrapping around. It actually wrapping around me because it starts here then it goes behind me then it goes in front of me. I made balls but I’ll show you how to do this.
