This drink is called a Buttery Nipple, it’s a shooter type drink. Once again probably more of a club drink. What we’re going to do, a simple drink, we’re just going to put ice in our mixing cup, it calls for three-quarters of an ounce of our Baileys Irish Cream liqueur, once again if you don’t have Baileys Irish Cream, there’s other makers of Irish Cream liqueur it’s just a creamy tasty and liqueur made with Irish whiskey and honey, it’s got an interesting flavor to it. And then what we’re going to use is butterscotch brandy or butterscotch schnapps so let’s say its got butterscotch flavor to it what else can I tell you, sweet butterscotch. Three quarters of an ounce of our butterscotch schnapps.
Now what we want to do is we want to mix this all up, shake it up, let’s chill the drink just like that, it’s not served over ice, take our shooter glass and we’re just going to strain it. Look at that, perfect! Hey, maybe I have bartended, you never know. There you are, Buttery Nipple!
