So, today we were going to make a very simple craft. That is the home-made compass. And to get started we will need one piece of foam and one hole-puncher. Now, the piece of foam that that I have here has to have four holes in it. And I will start with that and then we just go with one hole. Now, because of the time that it takes for me to actually make a hole, I think that I would just show you one that is already made and you can see, I made one hole. And here, I have the one that has four holes already.

Now, you can make them in any size you want. This one, it has four holes and they are very small but you can make them in any lengths or width that you want. Now, here is the finish product. Here is the home-made compass that I made before. We have a yellow one and a blue and the orange one but you can make your own different size and different shapes. And they are very handy.

Now, let me show you how they work. First, I had taken the one that I have and have it of four holes so I can select whichever I want. Now, I’m going to take two pencils and I’m going to use one as my anchor, here we go, and the other one that I rotate around to make the circle. This is very handy and it is so useful when you don’t have some round object that you can use. And that’s it.
