Our concept of flat arm, one of our signature things is that we do cocktail flights. We do a different one every single day, it consist of three different cocktails, it really gives you a cocktail experience. When you sit down and you’re verbally told three different cocktails usually of a specific theme we do a flight to Hawaii, a flight to France, a flight to Peru a Tiki flight. Today we’re going to do the Juniper flight, which are three gin based cocktails.

We’re doing a Corp Survivor which is an old classic cocktail and really what it is as sort of the hair of the dog. The Corp Survivor is a tankery base we’re doing that with Cointreau, a little bit of herbsaint which is a pasties and lalei and fresh lemon juice.

The second flight is one of our house originals it’s called the Juniper Breeze. It is a plummet gin based cocktail. It has elder flower cordial, a little bit of fresh grape fruit, a little dash of lime and cranberry and it serve over ice.

And then the third one is called the Martinis Cocktail and it is also a classic and we’re doing that one with plummet gin also a little bit of Maraschino liqueur, sweet vermouth, and angostura of bitters.

They’re really just gives people more, a chance to sample more cocktails than maybe they would have when they came in.
