Start by making a line drawing on a plain piece of paper there's no limit to what you can create, so let your imagination run wild. When you’re happy with your drawing, go over your lines with a hot glue gun.
If you change your mind while you’re hot gluing don’t worry artist are always making changes. When you’re finished with the hot glue, take a moment and pull off any hot glue spider webs that may have collected on your picture.
Tear off a piece of aluminum foil big enough to cover your picture and wrap around to the back. Place the foil on top of your picture. Starting in the center, rub the foil down into the spaces between the lines of hot glue. Once you’ve revealed all the details of your picture with the foil, carefully turn the picture and foil over. Gently wrap the excess foil over to the back of the picture and tape in place. To give your Repousse an antique look, cover the foil with India ink. Once the ink is dry, lightly brush over our Repousse with soap-free steel wool.
