This drink is called an M&M and the reason why it’s called an M&M is because it tastes like one of those M&M candies.
What we want to do is chill this drink down a little bit because my philosophy is, warm liqueurs don’t taste very good. We’re going to use our Kalhua, our coffee flavored liqueur. We’re going to use three quarters of an ounce of our Kalhua. There we go. Just stick it a little bit. There we go. And then what we’re going to use is our almond flavored liqueur. Amaretto di Sorrento, so amaretto, three quarters of an ounce of our amaretto. Then what we’re going to do is we’re going to give it a little shake. Get nice and cold. And there’s a couple of different ways that we could serve this drink. (a) We could serve it into our glass like so. And you might say “Gee wheez! It doesn’t fill up the glass!” Well, it’s not supposed to. Or if we want it to, we could take one of our shot glasses and you see it just fits in right like that, and somebody could drink it just like that.
So with these shooters, there’s a lot of different ways that you could serve them with different type of glassware. Or if you wanted to also, we could put in our stemmed cocktail glass. And probably we could put in a little stemmed cocktail glass. You could have a little more. Oh! It tastes just like one of the M&M flavors. So there we have it, an M&M.
