Hi everybody out there in YouTube land! This is off centered potter coming out you. I have a piece and progress here. This is base of Josh’s video and I will put his information and the description so you can see the actual video that he posted. But, it is just a double walled vessel that I am working on still definitely, piece and progress when you are done with the carving that I just wanted to show it to you.
One of the things I am doing is kind of using the filling knife to roughen up the clay in between the carving which was leftover just too kind of give a texture. You can see I am not done with there is some throw marks right there. So obviously, I am not done with it and I have got this whole side to do still and I want to smooth the shapes and sand them and kind of stuff. But, this is just kind of a working progress and I really like the Josh’s video and put that like interesting, so I wanted to give it a shot to myself. So thank you Josh for posting that and inspiring this piece. This is just kind of a practice around. I wanted to see if I can actually do it and once I can kind of perfect that, I might try to do another piece maybe and take a little bit more time with the carvings and that kind of thing. This is just kind of test for fun piece.
So I will keep you up today and I will have this one coming along and show you the next step before I fire it and show you some glazing after I get that and then until next time YouTubers. Adios!
