I've got a tutorial for you today and it’s going to be of highly requested one which is how to make a Twitter background. As you can see in my Twitter, I have a custom background. So yeah.
What you want to do is download the PSD file which is rest on my screen which the link is going to be in the side bar. So yeah, download that. When you download that, open it up and you’ll have a PSD file with two layers within. One will be called background and one will be called Twitter content. Background is basically, as you can tell, background. Twitter content, you want to put everything, any layer that you’re customizing has to be underneath Twitter content. Twitter content. You're going to uncheck it when you save jpeg. But this is where your actual tweets and everyone else’s tweets are. Alright.
So you can change the color. You can put a gradient overlay, anything. I'm just going too quickly, I'm going to make a little multi colored little thing. Alright. This is how I have done mine. Alright. Then we’ll add yellow, little green over there. And some purple. Quick time, okay. Let me change that to overlay. I'm going to change the background color to black. In the mean time, I'm going to change Twitter content to red so that it stands out.
Now I'm going to just use my paint brushes just to make a little quick time design. And I'm going to use, let's see what we have here. Okay. Let’s see what this does. Alright. I'm liking, I'm liking. And basically what I'm just doing, a quick one, horizontal. Alright.
And then when you're happy with what you have, right. When you're happy of what you have, unhide Twitter content. So just press that here. And go to file, save as, save as a jpeg, and you're done.
