Today we are going to talk about Panino Panini, ingredients that you could use to make them and also the process of making them.
So on hand, we have some sweet peppers. We have some great tuna -- can tuna. Articho carts, olive paste and avocado. Good quality mustard and olive oil, balsamic vinegar and assortment of different cheeses and assortment of different breads and then for some breakfast panino also same fluff and nutella.

So, I have got the olive oil in the pan and I am going to just place the panino in the center. I am actually going to do two of these at once right now. This pan is big enough for me to get both of them at the same time the two Savory Panini. I am going to put my pan on top of them and I am going to weight it down with these cans of tomatoes.
This is pretty heavy right now. We are going to have two awesome pressed sandwiches. So, we are going to leave this on here for about a minute and now I am going to turn them over to the other to the other side. So, this are done, I am going to take off my cans, I am going to take my pan away.
So for this Panini, our sweet Panini or breakfast Panini, I am going to use a little bit of butter and it just tends to go really well with a brownish kind of bread amantilla. So once that just sizzle down, I am not going to let it get brown, I am going to put my round breakfast panini in the center and this once not going to take much weight on top to get it pressed, so I am just going to gently put the pan right on top there and I am going to just rest it there again for you know about a minute.
