How to Juice a Citrus
Hi, I’m Vivian Cognani and I’m going to give you some great tips at how to enjoy citrus fruits. So the first thing is you want to keep your lemons and limes out at room temperature. That way you’ll get the most juice out of them. If your lemons and limes haven’t been left out, what you can do is put them in a microwave for about ten seconds to heat them up.
If you don’t want to put them in a microwave, you can just place them on the counter and roll them back and forth with your hand. And that’s really going to heat up the fruit and allow it to release juices. Now that these have been sitting out, it’s going to be really easy to get the most amount of juice out of them. And look, all that lime juice has coming right out.
