It’s another DIY network fantastic quick tip.
I’ve got a great way to breathe new life into your old tile floor. Just replace a section and create a tile inset. Contrasting colors work great but if you’re not sure exactly what to choose, look at your countertop, tub or shower for inspiration. Don’t be afraid to try different materials like glass mosaic or pebble tile. Even replacing small individual tiles to create a border or random pattern can break up the look of a boring floor, the job is easy. Just determine which tiles you’d like to replace. To get the tile out, you’ll first have to break up the ground. Then just smash away. Once you have a smooth solid subfloor, start tiling. In a matter of hours, you’ve got a brand new look for your floor. It’s just that easy. I’m – for DIY network.
