When you are too warm you have a harder time falling asleep because a natural drop in your core temperature at night is what triggers your body to get drowsy. The easier way to sleep, help your body radiate heat from your hands and feet, wear socks before you go to bed then you take them off and let your feet seek out from under the blankets when you hit the bed.
