The inside of the ear—just take your thinners and go down with your scissors and take thickness of all this dead hair that has blended. You thin it and then comb it because it’s a lot easier to take less out than too much. So if you just go steady rather than taking too much—
The inside of the ear—get your straight scissors and go inside the ear and get all the hair out so that you’ll get the air to the ear, so they don’t get infections into the ear.
For the back of the ear, you just get the thinning scissors once again and just blend, take the thickness of the hair from the back of the ear.
This is quite adequate for a puppy blending in the ear. But as for an adult dog, we blend it more down and take more off the hair slightly. I will be showing you that later with another dog. So just shape the ear through until it looks nice and blended in when you comb it down. This piece here, just tie it up with your thinners. And just level this out.
