So, I am going to show you how to grill with wood chips. You know wood chips are great way to grill meats, fish, vegetables and even chicken. It gives a great smoky flavor, but tip number one is you cannot do this with gas grill. You cannot just put wood chips on gas burner, just does not work, as a matter of fact it might damage it.
So, you want to go back to your old trusty charcoal grill, and you start off with the basis of just fill the fire like you would normally with charcoal Briquetters available at any store. Light them up, let them simmer. Meanwhile, the night before few hours, you want to go to the store also and get wood chips. There are a couple of box for a whole bag like this. They key is you need to soak them in the water first. They need to be completely wet, and then you will drain them, okay? You will have your charcoal fire going, and then just put this on, make sure again they are soaked.
Put the grill on, grill up your food, and you will be going to have a great smoky flavor. Grill with wood chips, you will be a happier person.
