How to Give Instance Names to Symbols in Flash
Hello, this is maro2194. We’re making a video on how to give instance names for any symbol you have so let’s begin.
First of all you have this object over here. You have this object and now if you go over here to the properties and you select all of it will appear with the instance name things so we will select all, hit that to convert the symbol and we’ll name this MC for move. We will type and we will hit okay. There you go and here you can see that the instance name input appears so we can give any instance name so maro2194_mc, there you go. Here we have our instance name already done.
Here we have this also and if we convert this to as bottom in this case and let’s just type BTM. So here you can see that you also have the instance name input for the bottoms. You can just type in maro2194_bt. So, this was all for now and remember that with that instance name you can make some actions scripting so this is all for now. Don’t forget to check out the site www.maro2194.co.nr and we’ll see you in the next video, bye.
