One of the great things about your local farmers market is that they sell all kinds of local healthy goods, fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs and also great goods. For example, look at this gorgeous raspberry cobbler, it’s home made with all natural ingredients you can actually pronounce instead of those processed foods in your supermarket that sounds like a Science experiment. So, this is a lot healthier for you. But it can be a little high in calorie so it’s okay as a treat, in moderation every once in a while or in a small portion but if you’re really watching your waist line, an alternative to this would be taking some fresh raspberries, drizzling with a little bit of honey and topping it with some toasted oats.
