Here we want to focus on the push leg and not the trail leg. This leg we want to keep locked and straight so that when we are pushing off the ground and our emphasis is going to be on driving and pushing with the leg that is up on the step. Keep the back or the chest up, the back locked in so our emphasis is on push and not pushing off the ground but pushing from the step.
