Lat Pull Downs here we want to isolate the back muscles. Sit in with good posture reach up as far as you can and pull down with the bar coming underneath the chin. All our strength exercises were emphasize on good full range of motion.
Now is to lat pulls with the hands facing forward lean back slightly pulling down to the chest, again we want a good long reach on the upward motion and squeezing all the way down to the chest.
