How to Find Network Info Fast –Windows
Welcome to Tekzilla Daily. I'm Veronica Belmont. When you're troubleshooting your internet or network connectivity issues, you'll need to determine the IP number of your PC. Thankfully Windows has a super helpful tool for just that purpose.
Just open the run dialog and type command CMD. Hit Okay and in the window that pops up, type IP config, space / all. It will them give you your current IP address for all network adaptors, the default gateways and even DNS server information.
Of course IP config can be used for many other things as well. To know what additional commands you can use with IP config, type IP config/?.
Now remember, this gives you IP for the machine you’ve run it on. If you're using a router, the number you'll see will not be your IP address on the internet, just the one the router uses on your home network.
