Well, we all have to admit that sometimes we can be a bit forgetful. And if you’re anything like me, you probably loose your keys on a regular basis. I’ve got a great little tool here that’s going to help you never lose your keys again. It’s called the Locator Plus and it’s a really simple concept. It’s a transmitter and receiver where you touch this little tag to your keys or whatever you don’t want to lose and then you use this device in order to find them.
It’s really easy to set up. You basically press this little yellow button here and register the specific tag to your device here. Then you go in and you just basically say if I wanted to attach this one to my keys I set it up for my keys. It’s got some other cool functionality in it as well where it’s got a little alert button where it will actually allow you to say, say for example I’ve got one of this in my brief case and I want to know if it’s more than 15 feet away from me, this thing will start yelling at me if someone runs off with it. Kind of cool!
It also comes with a tag that is an alert for a child or a pet or something like that or if something goes wrong, you just basically press the button on it and it will start triggering it. Kind of handy thing, I’m not sure if you will be able to use it around the office but maybe you can kind of overlap it into your personal life as well. So, we’ve actually attached one of this to my keys and I’m going to go off and find it just to see if I can demo it here for you. I go in and I press the gray button here and it asked me what would I like to locate. In this case, I’m going to select the keys.
Now, this part reminds me quite a bit like it’s like a metal detector. As you can hear, it’s got a little bit of a beeping sound in there and it’s got a receptor to tell me how far or close I am from the tag so the—actually got and hid my keys and I’m going to use this to go and find them. I just press the little gray button here, select keys and off I go. Let’s go see what this thing does.
This thing is going crazy. Let me show you how it works. It’s actually got a little screen here on it and you can see that as I get closer to the signal, the bars go up and the pulsating gets quicker and quicker. So, look at the guys, they’re so cruel to me. They’ve obviously headed in this tree. I’m just going to climb up here and see what I can find. And thanks guys because I’m wearing my heels today and you probably knew that when you did this to me but okay I’m getting closer. I’m getting closer and here we found them.
Thank you Locator Plus. So, if you like me and you lose your keys or you have cruel people that hide them on you, you might want to just check out this, it’s called the Locator Plus.
